Placer One
A 2,200-acre master-planned community in south Placer County's Sunset Area, west of Highway 65. It is planned for about 5,600 homes, an employment center, a town center and a 300-acre site for Sacramento State's future Placer Center. Builders including JMC Homes and KB Home are building the first neighborhoods along the new Sunset Boulevard extension.
