Folsom's 3,500-acre growth area south of Highway 50, bounded by White Rock Road, Prairie City Road and the El Dorado County line. Opened to development by the Folsom Plan Area Specific Plan in 2011, it is planned for about 11,000 homes at buildout, along with schools, parks, open space and Dignity Health's new medical campus.
