The 244-acre redevelopment of Sacramento's historic rail yards next to downtown. Kaiser Permanente is building a $1.5 billion, 310-bed medical center, Sacramento Republic FC has city approval for a 12,000-seat stadium, and work is under way on the Central Shops and a new entrance to Sacramento Valley Station.

 Upper Westside

Upper Westside

A planned community of 9,356 homes on roughly 2,066 acres west of North Natomas, between the city of Sacramento and the Sacramento River, north of I-80. Sacramento County supervisors unanimously approved the Upper Westside Specific Plan in June 2026, and environmental and neighborhood groups sued to overturn it a month later.
