Sacramento County approves 9,356-home Upper Westside plan west of North Natomas

The Sacramento County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday approved the Upper Westside Specific Plan, establishing a framework for more than 9,300 homes, commercial development, schools, parks, and public infrastructure on largely agricultural land west of North Natomas. The decision followed more than four hours of presentations, public testimony, and
