Located in South Sacramento along Interstate 5, this 800-acre project is steadily taking shape. When completed, Delta Shores will feature over 5,000 residential units, housing more than 13,000 residents. One of the initial phases of the development was the Delta Shores Shopping Center, which opened in 2017.
