Sacramento Republic FC seeks fan input for new Railyards stadium.

Just three months after announcing a new 12,000-seat soccer stadium in Sacramento's Railyards District, Sacramento Republic FC has made another announcement this week—this time, the club aims to engage the public.
The new state-of-the-art venue is scheduled to break ground later this year and open in 2027. However, before construction begins, Indomitable LLC, the new owner of Sacramento Republic FC, wants to ensure that the stadium reflects the spirit of Sacramento. To achieve this, the club has launched a comprehensive community survey, inviting season ticket holders, supporters, and the general public to share their input on what matters most.
Todd Dunivant, Republic FC President and General Manager, emphasized the importance of fan involvement: "Creating a venue that reflects the identity of the region and meets the needs of fans and our community is incredibly important to the club. Our passionate supporters have made our current home a special place to play, and their input will help bring that energy and excitement to our new downtown home."
The survey invites participants to share their preferences on various elements that will define the stadium experience. Fans can weigh in on seating arrangements, ranging from reserved seating to exclusive field club access and luxury suites.
Opinions on food and beverage experiences are also encouraged, with questions addressing food variety, quality, service speed, and options for mobile ordering and self-checkout.
Transportation and parking are additional focus areas, with fans encouraged to share how they plan to travel to The Railyards—whether by car, rideshare, public transit, bicycle, or on foot.
Beyond logistics, the survey also explores matchday entertainment possibilities, from pre-match fan zones with food trucks and live music to family-friendly activities and interactive experiences designed to enhance the atmosphere.
Fans are also being asked for their input on ticketing options and pricing, ensuring the new stadium accommodates a range of preferences and budgets. Potential pricing models include reserved seating from $35 to $65 per match, social patio access ranging from $100 to $150, club seats between $140 and $200, field club experiences from $250 to $350, and semi-private loge seating priced between $375 and $475 per match for groups of four guests.
The survey, available at Survey.SacRepublicFC.com, is open until the end of February, and anyone who participates can also sign up for virtual focus groups that encourage more public feedback.
MANICA Architecture is responsible for the stadium design, while Machete Group manages project oversight, planning, and construction logistics. Republic FC ownership is also collaborating with Elevate Sports Ventures to lead fan engagement efforts, using surveys and data collection to gather supporter feedback as the project advances.
