Construction progresses at R21 townhomes on former Sacramento Bee site

In Midtown Sacramento, another piece of underused commercial land is being repurposed for housing. Beazer Homes, an Atlanta-based homebuilder, is redeveloping a former 3.5-acre Sacramento Bee parking lot at 1803 21st Street into a 48-unit luxury townhome community.
