The approvals clear the way for The New Home Company to build those homes, joining Meritage Homes, Woodside Homes, and Richmond American Homes, who have already been active in the community for months.

Both neighborhoods introduce a mix of single- and two-story homes, with floor plans ranging from about 2,173 to 3,653 square feet.

When Onsite Observer visited the site last year, the area was mostly newly finished streets with nothing yet rising from the pads. Today, those same streets are lined with completed homes, and early construction is underway across multiple lots as crews frame new sections of the community.

Meritage is building larger two-story homes in the mid-2,000 to low-3,000 square-foot range, with prices generally in the mid-$600,000s to low-$700,000s. Woodside is offering homes around 1,900 to 2,150 square feet starting in the mid-$550,000s. Richmond American sits closer to the middle, with plans from about 2,500 to just over 3,000 square feet, typically priced from the mid-$600,000s to the low-$700,000s.

During our visit last year, the community’s clubhouse was only in its early construction stages. It is now fully completed, with a grand opening set for February 28. The amenity area includes two pools, a spa, cabanas, shaded seating, an event lawn, and indoor facilities, including a fitness room, business center, and multipurpose room. Recreational features such as pickleball courts, a basketball half-court, play areas, and a dog park sit adjacent to the building.

Liberty at Lincoln is located south of Ferrari Ranch Road and west of the Lincoln Crossing community. The project is part of a larger plan called Village 7, a roughly 703-acre expansion area identified by the city for long-term growth on Lincoln’s southwest edge. At full buildout, the Village 7 is expected to deliver about 3,200 homes across a mix of neighborhood types, along with parks, open space, trails, and schools.
